Automatic keyword generation

The MediaLibrary software automatically generates keywords from media title and descriptive text when a file is inserted into the library. Natural language parsing techniques are applied to the sentences in the title and description to extract the relevant keywords. Automatically generating keywords in this way takes away the burden of managing keywords and ensures consistent search results are returned by the media management system.

Users can input additional keywords to supplement the auto generated key words.
