Project grouping of assets

Projects are fundamental to the way organisations work. The MediaLibrary allows the creation of project folders in which all the digital assets associated with a project are kept.

Project administration

Administrators are responsible for creating projects. Access to projects is controlled by user role. Projects are an efficient way to group proposed publication or event media collections together for discussion or approval purposes.
